Description
Under 49 CFR Part 382.603, anyone who supervises two or more commercial drivers, must complete a minimum of 2 hours of training; 60 minutes on alcohol abuse and 60 minutes on drug abuse. This training includes the physical, behavioral, speech and performance indicators of alcohol and drug misuse. This training needs renewed every 2 years.
