1. Sponsor

This contest is sponsored by US Compliance Services, 1301 S Vista Ave Suite 200, Boise, ID 83706. This contest is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of US Compliance Services, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Period

The contest begins on May 15, 2026 and ends on June 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (the "Contest Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible. The sponsor reserves the right to extend or modify the Contest Period with reasonable notice.

4. How to Enter — All Four Steps Required

To be eligible for the drawing, entrants must complete ALL four of the following steps during the Contest Period:

1. Follow: Follow the US Compliance Services account on at least two (2) of the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn.
2. Post: Post a photo of the funniest or most interesting thing you have seen on the road to your own public social media account.
3. Tag: Include the hashtag #USComplianceWinner in your post so the entry can be identified.
4. Share: Share the official US Compliance Services contest post or any designated contest content to your own social media account.

Entries that do not satisfy all four steps will be deemed ineligible. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple accounts or identities may not be used to obtain additional entries.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a $500 gas card valid at a major gas station brand appropriate for the winner's geographic location, as determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion. The approximate retail value of the prize is $500.00 USD. The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected on or around June 15, 2026 by random drawing from among all eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform through which their entry was identified, within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Conditions of Participation

• By entering, you confirm that your submitted photo is your own original content, that you own all rights to it, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
• By entering, you grant US Compliance Services a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and publish your submitted photo and username for promotional and marketing purposes across all media, without further compensation.
• Entries must not contain unlawful, offensive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
• All photos must be taken safely. Entrants must be fully stopped in a safe location before taking any photograph. Photographing while operating a motor vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failures of any kind.

8. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

9. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless US Compliance Services, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with participation in this contest or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

12. Social Media Platform Disclaimer

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn. Any questions regarding the contest must be directed to US Compliance Services, not to any social media platform.

13. Winners List
