Description
This plan provides clients not enrolled in our Clearinghouse Management program three follow-up tests for CDL drivers who have tested positive for substances and are completing the return-to-duty process. Conducted in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, the service includes proper documentation to support a safe and compliant return to work. Under federal law 49 CFR 382, Subpart B, Before an employer allows a driver to return to duty to perform a safety-sensitive function after the driver has violated prohibitions of the aforementioned law, that driver must first adhere to the Return to Duty process.
