Description
This Service provides clients who are not enrolled in our Clearinghouse Management Program either the First initial Return to Duty test OR the last Follow Up Test for CDL drivers who have tested positive for substances and are completing the return-to-duty process. Conducted in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, the service includes proper documentation to support a safe and compliant return to work. Under federal law 49 CFR 382, Subpart B, Before an employer allows a driver to return to duty to perform a safety-sensitive function after the driver has violated prohibitions of the aforementioned law, that driver must first adhere to the Return to Duty process.
