When a motor carrier fails a Safety Audit, their status is classified as Out Of Service (OOS). US Compliance Services will prepare and submit a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) prior to the reactivation of their USDOT. This plan outlines a comprehensive, step-by-step strategy designed to identify and rectify violations, thereby enhancing compliance and operational outcomes. Our team will submit this plan to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) on behalf of our clients.
