These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) describe how US Compliance Services (“USCS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses text messaging (SMS/MMS) to communicate with you. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Website Terms & Conditions.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or of using our services.
US Compliance Services sends informational and service-related SMS messages to customers and prospects who have provided prior express consent. These messages may include, but are not limited to:

Consent for SMS Communication
By:

Submitting your mobile phone number through an intake form on https://uscomplianceservices.org/, and/or

Checking a box or otherwise indicating that you agree to receive text messages from US Compliance Services, and/or
-
Texting an opt-in keyword or otherwise requesting SMS communication,
you provide prior express consent for US Compliance Services to send you SMS and/or MMS messages at the mobile number you provided, using an automated system or other technology.

Types of SMS Communications You May Receive
If you have consented to receive text messages from US Compliance Services, you may receive messages related to:

Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary based on your specific engagement with us, but in general:

You can expect approximately 1–4 messages per month related to your account, authority, or ongoing services.

Additional messages may be sent in direct response to your messages (for example, when you text us a question or request support).

Message and data rates may apply to each SMS or MMS message sent or received, as determined by your mobile carrier.

US Compliance Services does not charge any additional fees for sending you text messages.

Your mobile carrier may bill you for standard message, data, or roaming charges.
Please contact your wireless carrier if you have questions about your text or data plan.
Opt-In Methods
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from US Compliance Services in one or more of the following ways:

Website Intake Forms

Providing your mobile phone number on an intake or contact form at https://uscomplianceservices.org/and indicating your consent to receive text messages.

Verbal or Written Consent in Calls/Emails

Providing your mobile phone number to a USCS representative and explicitly agreeing to receive text messages.

Two-Way SMS Initiation

Sending a text message to a number associated with US Compliance Services that clearly indicates your interest in receiving ongoing SMS communication.

In all cases, your phone number will be used solely in accordance with these SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable laws.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from US Compliance Services at any time.

To stop receiving SMS messages, reply
STOPto any message you receive from us. -
After we receive your
STOPmessage, we will send you a confirmation text to let you know you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us (except for messages confirming your opt-out). Luthor -

If you wish to resume receiving SMS messages after opting out, you can:

Not all mobile carriers or devices may support SMS/MMS messages from us. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update or modify these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Continued use of our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
